Substitution Policy
Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges will apply (This doesn’t apply for free events). All substitutions must be received in writing.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will apply:
- 6 weeks or more prior to start of event: 25% of the delegate fee
- 4 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the delegate fee
- 2 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the delegate fee
All cancellations must be received in writing. Seraph Network will only refund fees paid directly to Seraph Network. Refunds will be authorised and sent for processing within 10 working days of receiving a refund request and added to the next available payment batch. Please note bank holidays and festivals will be added to the 10 working days.
